About us!

The Affix Hundark Gsd's was established in 1981 and is owned by (myself) Roseanne McGinn & Anne Hepburn, As a youngster my mother would not allow me to have a GSD and had to be satisfied with a cross Labrador Poodle until I left home and bought my first GSD. I trained Hundil (Shaddow of Sparrow Castle) to Track and also Manwork, together we made the best team looking after each other in times of need. Sadly though he is no longer with us but is always in my heart.

We later purchased a bitch from Roddy MacLeod (Fullwoods) Fullwoods Jade who was shown during her years and done well for me.

It was at the tender age of 4 years old my daughter Mandy joined me in my hobby of showing and breeding GSD's, her first show being Crufts at Earls Court in London, From then she went on to Junior Handling classes winning loads of trophies and handled a few dogs in their own classes. Anne Hepburn is a partner on the Affix however she is very much retired now and someday Mandy is hoping to join the Hundark Affix to carry it on. Hundark is a huge part of her life and she spends most of her spare time training and playing with the dogs. Remi may be registered under my name but it was Mandy who chose and paid for him and he will always be her companion and show dog no matter who's name remains on the registraion.

We aim to breen quality animals with great characters and hips. We also tend to only breed when we are looking for something to show.

Hundark Gsd Affix has now been granted to Roseanne McGinn, Anne Hepburn and Mandy McAteer.
